PAB Open is a non-curated festival that operates on a first-come, first-served basis for registration Traditionally, PAB OPEN has been a festival without curation, where everyone who applied has been invited to participate. This time, applications are evaluated continuously as there is a limited number of prison cells available. The committee will make a selection assessed continuously based on artists who will need accommodation and artists who do not need accomodation.
